The staff always keep the facility clean and I love that it's 24 hours. The equipment is limited but it's all brand new
Open 24-7 and very helpful staff. Also reasonable prices for working out. Might want to check it out before going to larger expensive gyms.
I nanny part-time and one of my kids needed to find a gym to work on her fitness for volleyball. I was very impressed with the amount of customer service and friendliness of the staff and also the amount of attention given to individuals looking to get fitter.
Just joined 3 weeks ago. I'm very impressed with the security of this facility. Being a female and working out alone sometimes can make you feel uneasy but with all the security cameras and the ability to take a "life alert" type device with me to my car when I leave is awesome! And with being a member gives me the opportunity to work out in all their locations when I travel!
