Staff is always helpful/available. I am usually able to find what I am looking for quickly. Store is clean. Selection is decent.

Let me preface this by saying my wife and I have recently moved into a house and since September have spent a couple thousand dollars in this store and never had a bad experience until today. We ordered a washing machine and dryer last week and asked severl questions and were also asked several questions. We bought the 5 year extended warranty the pedestals everything and spent close to $2500. Well today they came to delievee and our current washer pan is to close to the wall to put in a front loader washer (we asked about the pan and even said the drainage was in the middle the employee told us they are universal and we have no need to worry). The gentleman who delivered was nice and very professional explained to us why and even offered to try and get us a temporary washer/dryer until we can make it back in. (My wife is 9 mons pregnant and i work alot so out only days off are for doctor appointments or parenting classes) well 2 o clock and no one has contacted my wife or myself and I call to speak to the manager and get connected with Barry (I believe he is the one who sold us the items) he proceeded to talk down to me and tell me how they are in no way responsible as I didn't ask the "right" questions and it's 100% my fault. I work in retail and sales if I don't ask the right questions and my guests aren't 100% informed it's not their fault it's mine. Finally when I threatened to call their customer service number he THEN connected me to the manager Andy. Andy was awesome and wanted to work with us and figure out how to make this work. Unfortunately a manager is only as good their employees and while he was professional and courteous his employees were not. My wife also called and dealt with Dave, he was very demeaning and condescending towards her because she was a woman and he also would take 0 responsibility. Well to end it all due to Barry and Dave we will be doing a 100% refund and never shopping there again (we live 1 mile away and would rather be inconvienced to drive elsewhere than happen to deal with either of those employees). While every other employee we have dealt with was awesome it takes only 1 bad apple (or 2 ) to ruin the bunch

As usual, pleasant experience shopping at Lowe's. Employees always willing to help me. I thank them for their support. Will go back again.
