After struggling with brushes, bleach, grout cleaner (even baking soda), I decided to have Jim clean our kitchen floor. The result was amazing; the floor looks like it did when it was newly installed. Don't know why it took me so long to hire a pro to do this. Jim also cleaned our bedroom carpets, a throw rug in sunroom and tile there as well.
