Walked out. Wife and I went here tonight for dinner. We stood by the "Please wait to be seated sign" and was ignored by the staff. Not a word from anyone. We could understand if three place was busy, but half the tables were empty. I doubt we will go back. Lack service in a service business is unacceptable.
I made a order for delivery and our pizza was doughy and tasted as though it wasnt cooked and the driver forgot our mozarella sticks..brought them back and hour later and they were cold!!.. im def not happy with this ..and i called and spoke with managment only to be told they couldntt do anything about it!!
Twice I have showed up at 1 pm or 12:45 pm for buffet and been turned away . Both times they had a FULL BUFFET with pizzas with no slices taken out ,and still deny service. Evidentally they are not hurting for business. Won't get mine or the large orders I place for my pipeline crews.

Mold in my food. and when I brought it to their attention they wouldn’t have delivery guy come back for fresh food. waste of time and money. will never get Pizza Hut again
