I've used this storage facility twice now. The units have always been very clean and the customer service is top notch. I'd highly recommend 422 storage and will continue to use them as needed.
Great storage place, has a locked gate with keypad access, security cameras around the place. Good prices.
And when I moved my belongings out, it took them 3 weeks to get me my deposit back. The one girl who works there told me the dm was holding it up.
We also found mouse droppings on all of our things.
I would NEVER tell anyone to use that facility. It's not worth the hastle! There are other facilities close by.
They are horrible! I had my belongings in that storage unit for over 7 years. I never had any problems. They were great to deal with until this management company took over a few months ago. Now they are very unprofessional and quite nasty. They were very condascending towards me. That's why I got my stuff out of there as quick as I could! They have very poor customer service skills. The district manager is the worst of them. The manager told me one thing to get me to keep my things there and the dm told me a month later that they won't honor that and that's why the mgr got fired. They also have a very high turnover rate! No one has any clue what they're doing. They're just there to take your money.
Great storage facility. I parked my Corolla inside one of the storage units for two months and nothing bad happened. Great security, got a good deal for the bill, and managed to purchase with it a lock. I would recommend going to 422 self storage if you have precious items and don't want anything bad happen to it.
